High School Principal
The Gorham School Department is seeking an outstanding candidate to fill the position of Principal at Gorham High School located in Gorham, ME. Applicants must be energetic and a visibly visionary leader. Desired candidates must have:
- Strong instructional and administrative experience
- A passion for academic excellence
- Dedication to student-centered learning and a strong understanding of proficiency based educational systems
- Collaborative leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills dealing with multiple constituents
- Demonstrated leadership experiences (formal or informal) through second order change processes.
The selected candidate will be serving approximately 830 children in grades 9-12 from the community of Gorham. Applicants must have appropriate certifications. Experience is preferred.
